1. Register on Agora Portal

Go to Agora Portal and register your store with the requested information.

We will contact you to request the company and legal representative documents.

2. Wait for Approval

You will receive a confirmation in less than 24 hours!

If approved, you will have access to your seller profile.

3. Choose Your Membership

We give you two options! You can choose short or long term:

Monthly Plan: $20.00 monthly.

Annual Plan: $216.00 per year. (10% discount)

You can pay manually (ACH, Yappy) or also by automatic credit card payment.

You have 14 days FREE trial!

4. Set up your profile

Congratulations! You are now part of our valued community of sellers.

You can now log in to your Agora Portal account and set up your store.

You can add your products, photos, logos, descriptions and much more.

It is important that you register your bank account so that we can pay you!

5. Send Products

Once you register your products in Agora Portal, contact us by WhatsApp or email to arrange shipping to our warehouse.

We offer pick-up service if you don't want to bring them yourself!

This service includes an extra cost that is calculated based on the load.

6. Reception of Products

Done! Now we'll take care of it.

As soon as we receive your products, we proceed to count them and verify their status.

We will inform you if there are any problems with the merchandise.

7. LET'S SELL!

WEEE! Your products will now be available on Agora Marketplace!

We will take care of receiving the orders and delivering them.

You will be able to see your progress in real time from the Agora Portal!

8. Payments

Your earnings will be deposited weekly into your bank account every Friday. Transactions are made from Thursday to Wednesday of the previous week.

Agora Marketplace automatically retains its commission.

How much is Agora's commission?

10% + $0.50 per transaction

If your store generated $1000.00 in 10 separate transactions, Agora retains $100.00 (10%) + $5.00 ($0.50 x 10).

$895.00 will be deposited into your bank account at the end of the week.

Who handles refunds and returns?

Us!

We take care of scheduling refunds and returns with customers if necessary.

We will notify you if there is any problem with the product.

What documents do I need to register?

  1. Valid ID card or passport of the legal representative.
  2. Current Operations Notice.

What products can I not sell?

  • Weapons and Explosives
  • Illicit Drugs
  • Counterfeit Products
  • Alcohol
  • Pornography
  • Living Animals
  • Products that promote hate or violence

Any type of product or merchandise prohibited by law.

If you list an illegal product or one that does not comply with the Agora Marketplace rules, it will be removed and the seller will be banned from the marketplace.
